Monthly Board Meetings

SAR Board Meetings are open to the public and are most typically on the second Monday of every month (except July and August) from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

The current board meeting location is the Tucson Racquet & Fitness Club, 4001 N Country Club Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716, meeting room inside the Center Court Bar & Grill.

If you are planning to attend a meeting, please email us ahead of time at info@runsar.org inquiring as to the date, time, and location of the next meeting. Due to various circumstances, the meeting date, time, or location may be changed for a given month.

Annual Meeting Notice (August 2026)

The SAR Annual Meeting is open to all current SAR members. If you plan to attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP to info@runsar.org by August 7, 2026. We are required to provide an accurate guest count to the venue.

The first order of business at the SAR Annual Meeting is voting in the 2026-2027 SAR Board of Directors and Executive Board. Once the new board is voted in, the meeting will follow the agenda. A copy of the agenda will be provided ahead of time to those who confirm their attendance by submitting an RSVP no later than August 7, 2026.

To ensure that our membership’s voices are heard, we encourage current SAR members to submit their 2026-2027 SAR Board Member Nominations and Ballot. Members can do so online by following this link: https://forms.gle/ia46MMaMmxjd6GAk6. An access code is required to submit the online ballot, which will be provided to all current members via email.

SAR Members can also print the 2026-2027 SAR Board Member Nominations and Ballot form. Please mail completed forms to: Southern Arizona Roadrunners, SAR Board Nominations, PO Box 64215, Tucson, AZ 85728-4215.

Members who prefer to vote in person can do so at The Running Shop on Saturday, August 1st, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

All ballots must be submitted by 11:59 PM on August 10.
