TMC A-Mountain Half Marathon & Cigna Healthcare 4-Miler + FitKidz Mile – 10/18/2026

Choose from four separate distances and join SAR at the TMC A-Mountain Half-Marathon, Tucson's biggest fall running party. After the race, enjoy a post-race gathering with a vendor expo, including discounted drinks at Westbound, food trucks, kids activities, snacks from Natural Grocers and TMC, post-race hydration from Skratch Labs, and more.

TMC A-Mountain Half Marathon
• The only 13.1 mile half marathon that's actually in Tucson; your beautiful course will circle the summit of A-Mountain then cruise an out-and-back along the scenic Santa Cruz Riverpath - see half route details here
• All half registrants receive a technical long sleeve race shirt, perfect for the coming winter months
• All half registrants receive the stained glass souvenir medal
• Prize money for top runners and gift certificates to The Running Shop for age group winners
• The half marathon is part of SAR's Running Shop Grand Prix for ages 15-74
• Four hour time limit for runners and walkers
• Current Price: $90 through race morning

Cigna Healthcare Four-Miler Run/Walk
• You can walk or run this out-and-back route that circles the top of A-Mountain, with beautiful views of the entire Tucson region - see 4 mile route here
• All 4-miler registrants receive the colorful race shirt and the souvenir medallion
• Gift certificates to The Running Shop for age group winners
• The 4-Miler is part of SAR's Running Shop Grand Prix for ages 14-and-under and 75-and-over
• Two hour time limit for runners and walkers
• Current Price: $50 through race morning

SAR's FitKidz Free Mile
• Free for children 12-and-under
• Kids goodies provided by the SAR FitKidz Program

• Free for all 13-and-over - perfect for all abilities
• Walk or run a mile along the race course - fun for families

Four Mile Walk/Run awards: The Running Shop gift certificates to overall 1st: $30, 2nd: $25, 3rd: $20; masters 1st: $20; age groups: 1st in under 10 through 70+ in ten-year increments, $15

All prize money is based on gun time. All age group awards are based on chip timing.
